1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Stella Nomadica, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies published on our website. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings with Stella Nomadica are subject to availability. To reserve a tour or service, a non-refundable deposit is required. Full payment must be made at least 30 days prior to the departure date. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your booking.
For payments, we accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Please ensure the accuracy of the information provided to avoid delays in processing payments.
3. Modifications and Cancellations
You can modify or cancel your booking with Stella Nomadica up to 15 days before departure. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the nature of the tour, and will be outlined at the time of booking. Cancellations made after this period may not be refundable.
In case of unforeseen circumstances or events outside of our control (e.g., weather conditions, political unrest), Stella Nomadica reserves the right to modify or cancel a tour. If a tour is canceled by us, you will be offered a full refund or a rebooking option.
4. Liability and Responsibility
While Stella Nomadica takes all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and comfort of its travelers, we are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the course of your tour. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit for the tour activities, including trekking, camel riding, and other physically demanding experiences.
We advise all travelers to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost belongings.
5. Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all the necessary documents, such as passports and visas, required for travel. Stella Nomadica will not be responsible for any traveler who is unable to travel due to lack of appropriate documentation.
6. Code of Conduct
When traveling with Stella Nomadica, we expect all travelers to respect local customs, laws, and the environment. Disruptive or illegal behavior may result in the termination of the tour, and no refund will be issued. Please ensure that you treat fellow travelers, locals, and the surroundings with respect.
7. Force Majeure
Stella Nomadica is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions if the failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or government regulations.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect and use your personal data. By booking a tour, you consent to the use of your personal information as described in our policy.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or claims arising from the use of Stella Nomadica services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Morocco. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you consent to this method of dispute resolution.
10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
Stella Nomadica reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes, and it is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any legal actions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Morocco.
